Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Loved our time at this villa! It was modern, clean, and had plenty of space for our group. The garage was handy, and the air conditioning kept us cool. Super close to everything we needed. A fantastic place to stay in Gran Canaria!

Perfect for a family getaway
We stayed here with family, and it was incredible. The villa is huge, so we all had our own space. The outdoor area was lovely, and the pool was perfect for the kids. Having five bathrooms was a big plus too. Highly recommend!

Fabulous villa
We have recently stayed at the villa and found it fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. The pool was brilliant fun, and cleaned 4 times whilst we were there. We only left the villa to go for short walks or to get provisions during the day as it was just too fabulous to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa you will not be dissapointed.
