Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travelled as two families, and the agency arranged a smooth check-in and sent a few tips about places to try in the village. It made things easier, especially since we got in late. The villa itself felt calm from the moment we walked in, with wide windows and those long views over the vineyards. We spent a lot of time around the pool, moving between sun and shade. A couple of mornings we drove to a small beach nearby before heading back up for lunch.

A mix of hiking and lazy afternoons
Our group liked doing different things, so some of us headed into the Tramuntana trails while others stayed by the pool. The house had enough space that nobody felt on top of each other, which we appreciated. The kitchen was easy to use, so we cooked a couple of meals and ate outside under the warm light. The short walk into town was nice in the evenings, especially when we wanted something simple to drink and watch people pass by.

Quiet days between the garden and the terraces
We spent a full week here and most mornings started slow, just sitting on the terrace with coffee and watching the town wake up below. The garden felt almost wild with the almond and orange trees, and everyone ended up picking a favourite corner to read. One afternoon we walked down into Banyalbufar for an early dinner and wandered back up before sunset. Evenings by the pool were the best, just the sound of the wind coming off the mountains.

Amazing villa with stunning views
We stayed in Banyalbufar for one week and absolutely loved the villa, town and beautiful surroundings. The villa has an extensive garden with incredible views over the ocean, mountains, vineyards and the small town. We very much enjoyed the calm relaxing atmosphere and the many amenities of the house (including a treadmill, board games etc). The pool is fabulous as is the patio including a large BBQ and vast seating areas. The host provided us with many useful instructions about the villa and recommendations of things to do in the area. The house was very tidy and includes all necessary household items. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and I can highly recommend the villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing luxury holiday in a beautiful clam surrounding.
