Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have just returned from a two week stay at this cozy place from Menorca and the villa is absolutely lovely, everything we wished for and more it is so spacious, modern, comfortable and very well maintained. The pool and outside area is lovely the table tennis table was an added bonus. It was just ideal for our big family of 7 adults and 3 children. We highly recommend this villa.

Amazing!
We have just arrived back from a fantastic week here. Everything has been thought of, even down to if you have a rainy day there is the wii games and dvds, books etc. Kept the children happy and busy. With a heated pool we could even go swimming on cooler days. Rooms were fantastic and very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Was amazing to arrive early in the morning to food, milk and juice in the fridge. Even fresh bread on the side. Which meant we could enjoy the sun before having to worry about dashing to the supermarket. Everything has been thought of all towels provided. Even beach towels, so dont need to worry about towels. Would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

Perfect Holiday
We have just returned from a family holiday at this wonderful luxourious villa. It had everything we could possibly want to make our holiday an unforgettable and lasting memory. The property was superb, clean, modern and very well maintained. The service from the staff was brilliant, and they are nearby and accessible if needed. I would, and have recommended this villa to family and friends, it is wonderful. We will definitely return.
