First Floor - Four suites with twin beds and full bathrooms, one double bedroom with full bathroom, and one tower bedroom accessed via the first floor featuring an upstairs section with panoramic views. This level also includes an outdoor terrace, music room, lounge, piano room, and a WC.
Exterior - Extensive garden areas surround the villa, providing space for leisure and events. Covered terraces, a very large swimming pool, and a portable BBQ enhance the outdoor experience.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Perfect for a family reunion
We booked this spacious villa for a big family gathering, and it was beyond our expectations. The kids loved the soccer pitch and tennis court, while the adults enjoyed quiet moments in the gardens and by the pool. The villa is huge, so even with a big group, everyone had their own space. The concierge team helped us arrange a private chef one evening, which was a real treat. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach-would love to come back!

a breathtaking countryside retreat
This elegant home is simply spectacular! The gardens are like something out of a fairy tale, with so many beautiful areas to explore. The villa itself is spacious, elegant, and full of charm, with a wonderful blend of historic character and modern comforts. Each bedroom felt like its own private suite, which was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time by the pool or enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Fantastic villa & a wonderful holiday, We didn't want to go home!!
What a wonderful stay!. The villa has everything you need for a perfect & relaxing stay.The pool towels were great as it saved us packing too many towels. The pool & terrace's were so relaxing & had a choice where to sit. The loungers were so comfortable too. The view's were amazing & loved sitting out on the terrace every morning having a cuppa. The bbq was great for when we didn't want to venture out to eat in the evening. The photos of the villa do not do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated.

This holiday home offers peace, tranquility and the most amazing views right around the house. Perfectly equipped in every way it really is a fabulous place to stay. Pure Luxury
I stayed at this beautiful villa with 15 members of my family the first week of July. Well to say it was breath taking was an understatement. It was a stunning property with a lovely eating area. All the rooms were spacious and had en-suite luxury bathrooms. We made good use of the luxury swimming pool. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this gorgeous villa for a family holiday and would definitely like to return.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxury retreat!! We were blown away by the house and the stunning views! The pictures don't do it justice it's much nicer in the flesh :) The heated pool was amazing for our stay in October. The villa is very well equipped, excellent terrace and pool area. Loved our stay & would go back again :)
