The first floor contains a laundry and boiler room. The second floor hosts a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower. The third floor offers four additional bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two queen-size beds, and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities, and several provide access to balconies with stunning sea views. This floor also features a modern 130 m² gym with LED lighting and an office with an 8 m-long desk and balcony access.
The fourth floor is dedicated to the main suite, spanning 250 m², including three large sea-view windows and interior-facing pool windows, a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, makeup area, quirky decorative elements, and a private balcony with seating and access to the garden via side stairs.
On the fifth floor, the open-plan living area includes a modern kitchen, dining table for 14, an 87" built-in TV, Arabic-style Roche Bobois sofa, and a balcony with spectacular views of the beach and mountains. A guest toilet is also available on this floor.
Exterior grounds feature a private swimming pool (3 m depth) with sun loungers, a landscaped garden with waterfall and pond, LED-lit cabana, outdoor Josper oven (professional use only), sauna, jacuzzi, terraces, outdoor seating, dining facilities, barbecue, and firepit.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with a big group, and this holiday spot was the perfect choice. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room was a huge hit. The outdoor pool and garden area were great for hanging out, and the fact that Barcelona is just a short drive away made it even better. We’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful villa! The space is huge, and each room is unique with its own personality. We especially loved the outdoor areas-so relaxing by the pool, and the garden is stunning.
