Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa offered everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The pool was a hit with the kids, and the outdoor dining area was ideal for evening meals. The villa is very close to the beach and great places to eat. The team at the agency was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was hassle-free. Would definitely return!

Great location, great villa
The villa was just what we needed - a peaceful, stylish retreat but close to everything. The Caves of Xoroi are just a short walk away, and the beach was only minutes from the villa. Perfect family holiday!
This holiday home was everything we hoped for and more! The location is ideal - we didn’t need a car because everything was within walking distance, including the beach and plenty of shops. The Best Way of Resting.
When we arrived at this charming hideaway in Calan Porter we were pleased by the beauty of the location of the home!!!! As a result, we used a car only once just to visit some tavernas and to buy some goods. Great BBQ and excellent heated pool. Magnificent beach with crystal clear water. The accommodation itself is very beautiful, new, cozy, and has everything necessary. Alba, thank you very much for creating such a wonderful holiday! We would like to return to this property and will be glad to recommend it to all our friends.
