Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Incredible views, peaceful setting, and plenty of space for our group of 10. We loved the big open living area and that each bedroom had its own bathroom - made everything feel private yet connected. Also: ping-pong battles every night. Highly recommend booking through this agency - very smooth process and helpful every step of the way.

Best family villa we've booked so far
Honestly, this place was a win for all generations. The villa is just gorgeous - modern yet rustic in all the right ways. The main house is super comfortable, and the guesthouse gave our teenagers their own little "independence" which they loved. Great kitchen setup for cooking in, and the wine fridge was a nice bonus. We did some exploring (Santa Ponsa beach was close and beautiful), but mostly we just enjoyed staying in. The sports field kept everyone entertained! Service and communication were also top-notch.

Perfect mix of chill & charm
We stayed at this stylish property for a week with friends and kids, and it was amazing. The accommodation is spacious but cozy, stylish yet homey. The outdoor terrace was our favorite hangout spot - fantastic sea views, comfy loungers, and perfect for evening BBQs. The kids practically lived in the pool and played soccer nonstop. Loved that we could relax while they had plenty to do. Would book again in a heartbeat!

A beautifully presented and luxurious villa
We loved the layout of the villas and it looked just like in the photos ( definitely a plus point, as not all places do look as good as professional photos!) We felt at home during our stay and really enjoyed the views. Esther was helpful, kind and greeted us on arrival. Eva was also very helpful throughout the stay. If there were any questions they were always willing to help, even recommending activities for us, Maria was very approachable and we would definitely use this agency again! The swimming pools were beautiful too, we felt very spoiled for each choice, we had three to choose from! Thank you!

Luxurious, quiet retreat within walking distance of lovely town
The Vila was fantastic. The building itself is as beautiful as the pictures show, and the location was even more beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and available when needed while still allowing for the feeling of privacy of being at our own place. The island was beautiful with many activities (beaches, hiking, boating, swimming, sightseeing, shopping, eating, relaxing, etc.) within a few minutes either driving or walking. We can't wait to book our next trip to Mallorca!!!!
