Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was really luxurious and offered everything we needed for our one week stay. We were most impressed by the standard of the property and it was immaculately clean with all the latest gadgets. The host was there to greet us and explain what we needed to know and more. He was professional and courteous and replied promptly to any questions we had afterwards via whatsapp messages. The lovely bowl of fruit awaiting us was a lovely gesture too. A hire car is recommended unless you are the type who enjoys staying in and around the pool all day. We all would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again. A beautiful house in a perfect location
This house is in a stunning location- with spectacular views of Mijas' montain, the countryside and down to the sea. The gardens are really beautiful, dotted around are peaceful seating areas where you can sit quietly and take in the different views. Our family of 8 adults and 5 young children loved the heated pool with the jacuzzi. All the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. It has easy access to Alhaurin el Grande with good supermarkets and lots on offer for young people. The house and gardens are loved and maintained by him and they were eager to help and ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We all agreed that we had a fabulous week- thank you.

Fabulous property
This is a stunning house and spotlessly clean. It looks good in the pictures but it is even better in reality. Both the inside and outside are spacious and were perfect for our family of 10. We all loved the pool, table tennis and pool table. A car is required but the location is convenient. The local town has everything you need and is a short drive away. Beyond that, there are numerous places to visit within a few miles with fantastic scenery in every direction. We would recommended this property and will seriously consider visiting again.

Superb villa!
An superb villa with excellent facilities required for a relaxing holiday. The host was extremely helpful and available to sort out any minor issues that arose. Definitely one to come back to and will ideally suit both families with smaller children and/ or older parties.
