Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The holiday home stole our hearts with its central location in Mijas Pueblo. A short stroll to vibrant bars and restaurants made every evening exciting. The modern decor and spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms added a touch of luxury. The large terrace with sea views and the well-equipped kitchen made our stay unforgettable. A destination where elegance meets the charm of one of Spain's most beautiful pueblos.

This is a wonderful villa - very private, secluded and yet you can walk into Mijas. The interior is beautifully finished - the upstairs view out from the lounge with the doors fully open is perfect. A great spot for any holiday.

Excellent villa
The villa surpassed our expectations. Had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend it. Mijas Pueblo is beautiful and so was the villa. Perfect for large family holiday with everyone having their own space but being able to be together.

Absolutely fabulous
The villa was perfect for our large family group ranging in age from 1- 91yrs old. We thought it was extremely well appointed with everything we wanted provided. The swimming pool was larger than we expected and provided a great focus during the day. We felt so relaxed that we cancelled some planned activities and stayed at the villa instead. The villa is situated near the centre of Mijas so the shops, bars, restaurants and other activities were all in easy reach.
Overall we were very pleased with our choice and we think we would struggle to find anywhere else more suitable for a family holiday.
