Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of adults spent a relaxing week here, and the villa felt like a proper home. Every bedroom had enough space, and the whole ground floor opened nicely toward the garden, so we moved between indoors and outdoors all day. The pool was clean and warm, and afternoons on the terrace looking over the golf course were definitely the highlight. We used the elevator a lot since one of us had mobility issues, which made things so much easier. The drive to the beach wasn’t long, and we also visited Palmitos Park one morning. Evenings were usually spent outside, grilling or just chatting. Beautiful place if you want quiet days in a scenic area.

Great choice for families wanting both quiet and things to do
We stayed a full week and liked how the villa gave us space without feeling too big. The kitchen was properly equipped so cooking was easy, and having air-con helped during the hotter afternoons. Some days we only chilled around the pool, but we also took the car to Maspalomas Beach and spent an evening walking near the lighthouse. The kids loved Aqualand, which was only a short drive away. At night we grilled in the barbecue area and just enjoyed the cooler breeze. Nice mix between comfort, views, and having places nearby to explore.

Such a comfortable villa for a slow holiday
We spent a long weekend here and enjoyed every bit of it. The living room was super cosy in the evenings, and we used the terrace a lot for dinners outside. The pool was warm enough for late swims, and the view across the golf course was surprisingly relaxing. Nice balance between privacy and being close to Maspalomas.

New Year Holiday
If only I could give more stars !! We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children who spent New Year in this luxury retreat and it truly was perfect. The villa was beautiful, spotless, spacious and had everything we could possibly need or wish for. The heated pool was fabulous. Well equipped. I really can't rave enough about the retreat and we can't wait for the chance to head back there again..... it was a delight !!! 10/10

Immaculate, Stunning, Homely, Location
This getaway is simply stunning. The villa is equipped with everything you could ever need to enjoy your holiday stay. We stayed over Christmas & the staff left the villa feeling very festive, the log burner was very cosy. we hope to stay again soon.
