Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was spotless and had all the essentials. The WiFi was great, and the entertainment options were a nice touch. The barbecue area was perfect for evening meals. Would definitely return!

Great family holiday
Stayed here with my family, and it was fantastic. The villa had plenty of space, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kids loved being so close to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants nearby made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect location
Just returned from a week stay at this holiday spot - Costa Tequise front beach location - with the whole family (6 people). The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful - we loved staying here. Enough space for everyone and incredibly well equipped!

The house is located in front of the beach....what do you need more of that? A lot of restaurants, shops, bars and other interest points nearby. The villa is clean dully equipped.
