Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just got back from a week at this cozy place, and I can’t stop thinking about it! The location is ideal-quiet, yet close to Villajoyosa and other attractions. The villa itself is stunning-beautifully designed with huge windows to make the most of those sea views. We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the pool and BBQ area. Everyone had their own space, but the playroom and pool table kept the kids entertained. The staff was amazing too-very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, it was the perfect place for our family vacation. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable experience in Costa Blanca
This villa was the ultimate destination for our getaway! The villa is incredibly spacious, with 8 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our group. Every room had its own vibe, but the master bedroom with the sea view terrace was something else. We spent most of our time by the infinity pool, enjoying the stunning ocean views. The outdoor dining areas were perfect for our big family dinners, and we even had a private chef cook for us one night-what a treat! Special thanks to the agency for making our booking so easy and for suggesting some amazing activities in the area!
