Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This charming accommodation's location was a winning feature. Just 2 kilometers away from San Rafael's restaurants and 9 kilometers from Ibiza Town, it was convenient for beach lovers too. With easy access to the beaches in the west and south, as well as popular beach clubs, our days were filled with adventures, and our evenings were spent in the comforts of this villa.

Family-Friendly Paradise
This family-friendly villa proved to be a paradise. Its single-storey layout made it convenient for the kids, and the secured and private grounds offered peace of mind to parents. Although the villa featured double beds, the kids enjoyed sleeping in 'big beds,' and even younger siblings were comfortable sharing. The satellite TVs in most rooms and outdoors kept the kids entertained. Active children had a blast in the large private pool, and the ping-pong table and football pitch ensured endless fun.

Perfect Outdoor Retreat
This elegant home’s covered terrace was our go-to spot for early morning coffee and pre-dinner drinks, with a cozy lounge area and a breakfast table. Stepping out to the spacious pool terrace, we lounged on luxurious Balinese beds, alternating between soaking up the sun and relaxing in the shaded areas. The easily accessible and private pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. We loved the alfresco dining experience in the spacious barbecue area and had a blast with the property’s games area, including a table tennis table and a football pitch.

Spacious and Well-Equipped
The villa's open-plan design allowed for easy indoor to outdoor living. It had a large indoor dining space, ideal for shared meals, and a well-equipped kitchen where we found everything needed for meal preparation. The three bedrooms were spacious, light, and airy, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
