Situated within the secure grounds of Maspalomas Golf Club, the location is quiet, safe, and accessible. Maspalomas beach and its amenities, as well as the shops, bars, and restaurants of Meloneras, are just an eight-minute drive away. The Golf Club itself is a short walk and offers opportunities for coffee, evening drinks, or a meal in a scenic setting.

- 1 exterior apartment with a 1.35x1.90m bed with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and trundle bed where 2 more people can sleep.
In total 13 guests can be accommodated.
The living room has a 65" smart TV with international channels (United Kingdom, Germany, Spain...), all European sports such as the Spanish League, Premier League..., 2 sofas and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. There is also a pantry with a large fridge and plenty of storage space, as well as an extra freezer kept in the garage.
The terrace has 2 outdoor tables, ideal for eating outside or simply relaxing in the shade.
The heated pool has dimensions of 10 m x 5 m and faces south, allowing you to enjoy all the hours of sunshine possible during the day.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
