Located approximately 4.7 km from the beach, the villa sits on a 650 m2 plot, with a total floor space of around 210 m2. The swimming pool measures 4m x 8m, with depths ranging from 1.3m to 2m.

The detached villa is designed for comfort and style, boasting modern interiors and a living room with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Upon arrival, guests can park one car on the private property. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while both ground-floor bedrooms have direct access to the pool and terrace.

Ascending the staircase to the upper floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The open landing area overlooks the living room and includes a sofa bed suitable for two guests. Each upstairs bedroom has access to its own terrace. One bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed with a trundle, while another has twin beds. From the upper stairs, this room connects to the fifth bedroom, which contains a double bed.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
