The property is constructed over two levels. The main floor includes an elegant entrance hall, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and laundry room, three bedrooms (two sharing a bathroom and one with en-suite), and a terrace running the length of the salon with direct access to the garden and pool area.

A majestic staircase leads to the second floor, where the large master suite features a seating area, dressing room, private terrace, and marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and two separate showers. Three additional bedrooms each include en-suite bathrooms and terraces with spectacular views.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
