This villa is situated on its own expansive grounds, stretching down to the sea, and is adjacent to the Talayotic site of Torre d'en Galmes, which dates back to 1400 BC. The house features 10 bedrooms, a chapel, an equestrian center with horses, and an entertainment cottage with a cinema, billiards, karaoke, and a ping pong table. The villa has been restored to the highest standards and offers numerous terraces on both the ground and upper floors, each providing magnificent sea views. Every morning guests are greeted with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, and house wine is also available. A 24-hour concierge service is available for any requests.

Various relaxation zones are spread throughout the property, including a cocktail room, a Moroccan-inspired chillout area, and two traditional sitting rooms, one downstairs and another upstairs overlooking the grounds. The house spans 800 m², with entrance through large arched doors into a spacious entrance hall with seating. To the left, there is a small cocktail room, a dining room with a table seating 12, and a fully equipped kitchen with a larder and doors leading to the ecological vegetable garden and BBQ terraced area with seating for nine, with space for another table. A corridor from the entrance hall leads to an informal sitting room and the Moroccan-inspired room. There is also a cloakroom for guests and two large bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower bathrooms, each with terrace access. Stairs lead upstairs to a very large formal sitting room complete with a fireplace, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one bedroom with twin beds, all with doors opening onto a shared terrace. On the top floor, there are four additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a huge terrace with panoramic views of the island.

Outside, there are several outbuildings, including a large converted building split into two halves: one half serves as an event space with room for tables and dancing, while the other half houses the entertainment cottage, complete with cinema, billiards, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a large seating area.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
