The villa spans three floors designed in a minimalist Ibiza style with clear, clean lines and long unbroken vistas. The main entrance floor features the living room, a handcrafted Gaggenau kitchen, and a terrace. The second floor hosts a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a terrace with an outdoor bathroom. Beneath the entrance floor lies the master bedroom with a private bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms sharing a high-spec bathroom. Two more ensuite bedrooms are located poolside for added comfort and privacy. All bathrooms are handmade to the highest standard, and natural stone floors run throughout the house and terraces.

Outside, an 18-meter infinity pool provides possibly the best views on the island, overlooking Cala Jondal, Es Torrent, and Es Cubells bay. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
