Located just 800 metres from the traditional village of San Agustin (Sant Agusti des Vedra), this luxurious villa accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property offers stunning sea and sunset views towards Punta Galera and San Antonio Bay, and is within easy reach of Cala Bassa beach club. A local restaurant, Can Berri Vell, is only 1.3 kilometres away.

The villa is spread across two buildings, combining the original colonial-style finca with a modern extension. The interior spans 300 m² and blends traditional features, such as a double-height living area with Sabina wood ceiling, with modern amenities. The open-plan kitchen and dining area in the extension features exposed brick walls, a dining table, breakfast bar, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary appliances. Bi-fold doors lead directly to the pool and chill-out area.

All five bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, located on the upper level of the extension, has its own entrance, terrace, and sea and sunset views. Another bedroom in the extension also has its own entrance, double bed, and en suite bathroom. The three bedrooms in the main house include double beds, air conditioning, and en suite bathrooms.

The outdoor areas include an 11 x 5 m swimming pool with loungers, parasols, and bean bag loungers. Chill-out areas with sofas are adjacent to the pool. A table tennis area, dining area for 14 with BBQ, and terraces with panoramic sea and sunset views complete the outdoor amenities.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
