A large covered terrace with table and chairs provides a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.

The 10 x 5 meter private pool is surrounded by a natural stone solarium and includes an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. The villa is just a few minutes' drive from the small beaches of Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Cala Boix, and Aguas Blancas.

Inside, the traditional farmhouse entrance leads to a guest bathroom with shower and a spacious dining room with a four-meter-high beamed ceiling and an open fireplace. Two bedrooms with double beds are located in the side wing, sharing a bathroom with double vanity. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor and share a large bathroom with double vanity and shower.

The villa is in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees, yet only 1.3 kilometres from the village of San Carlos and 2 kilometres from Las Dalias, famous for its artisan markets and music both day and night.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
