The villa features 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and 1 single bedroom, with all bathrooms equipped with large showers, sinks, and toilets. Two exterior bungalows share a common patio, each with two 90 x 190 cm beds and a full bathroom with shower. A third independent bungalow offers two 90 x 190 cm beds, a small terrace with views, and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The front of the house has a large porch with furniture for dining or relaxing while enjoying the views and tranquility. From the porch, guests can access the spacious pool area and barbecue zone. The main building includes a living room with multiple exits to the porch and pool area, a glazed kitchen with dining area accessible via stairs, and two bedrooms on the lower level: one double with two 90 x 190 cm beds and one single with a 90 x 190 cm bed. The upper floor hosts the main double bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, dressing room, and a large terrace with sea views.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
