This fully renovated seafront villa is located near Cala Esmeralda in Cala d’Or, Mallorca, offering uninterrupted sea views, an infinity pool and direct access to the sea via a metal ladder from the rocks. The property consists of a main house and a separate annex and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The interior has been completely refurbished in a modern style, with comfortable furnishings and neutral tones that create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. From the entrance, you access the living room, which enjoys open sea views. There is no TV in the main living area, allowing guests to fully appreciate the surroundings. Adjacent to the living room is the open-plan kitchen with a large dining table. Both spaces feature large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with access to the front garden.

The main house offers three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a private en-suite shower room. A guest toilet is also available.

From the garden, there is access to the separate annex. This includes an additional bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, as well as a TV and games room equipped with a smart TV, board games for children and basic gym equipment such as dumbbells.

Outdoor spaces are designed to take full advantage of the villa’s seafront setting. In the front garden, there is a breakfast table set on a lawned area near the kitchen. At the rear of the property, guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views, furnished with a dining table and chairs, a Weber gas barbecue, a chill-out area and sun loungers. The infinity pool features a solarium area with two padded sunbathing sections, ideal for relaxing while overlooking the Mediterranean.

Direct access to the sea is available from the rocks via a metal staircase, offering a unique swimming experience in a truly exceptional coastal location.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
