This luxury holiday home is located in the exclusive and private residential area of Hacienda Las Chapas, in eastern Marbella. Set in a peaceful and secluded environment, the property offers easy access to the coast and local attractions, with the beach reachable in approximately 20 minutes on foot, Marbella centre around a 15-minute drive, and Puerto Banús approximately 25 minutes away by car.

The villa is designed with a modern aesthetic and offers views over green surroundings. Outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and dining, complemented by a private heated swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

An inviting outdoor space on this level offers an open-air gym and a comfortable outdoor living area suitable for relaxation or socialising.

The property provides fast and free WiFi with speeds of up to 600 Mbps and unlimited downloads. Guests can access over one thousand TV channels in multiple languages, including English, Swedish, French and Russian, as well as BT Sports, Sky Movies and all Sky Sports channels. A large selection of movies and box sets is also available.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
