Originally built in the 1940s, the accommodation has been fully renovated with a modern, high-end finish while preserving its charming stone façade. Inside, every floor has been designed for comfort and relaxation, offering a warm, homely atmosphere with stylish details throughout.

The villa is ideal for large families, multiple couples, or groups travelling together. It sleeps up to 18 guests across 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with a total interior space of 855 m² set on a private 6,800 m² plot. The main floor features a panoramic living room with fireplace, a formal dining area, a bar, and a spacious professional-grade kitchen equipped with top-brand appliances - perfect for cooking together or hiring a chef for special dinners.

The upper level offers eight bright bedrooms, each with air conditioning and access to private terraces. Four of these bedrooms are master suites that include walk-in closets and bathtubs. Every room is designed to maximise natural light and ensure peaceful nights, with sea views or garden views from different parts of the house.

The lower level is known as "The Monkey House," an exclusive private club area within the villa. Guests can enjoy a bar, pool table and a dedicated dance floor, making it possible to enjoy evenings of music and entertainment without leaving home. It's a unique feature that makes the accommodation perfect for celebrations, birthdays, or simply fun nights with friends.

The outdoor spaces are just as spectacular. A 25-meter (210 m²) infinity pool blends seamlessly into the horizon, overlooking the Mediterranean coastline. Around the pool, a panoramic sun deck offers plenty of space for sun loungers, chill-out corners and shaded areas. The garden includes hammocks, swing chairs and peaceful spots for relaxing with a book or taking an afternoon nap in the sea breeze.

For dining outdoors, guests can make use of the summer kitchen, which includes dual BBQ, fridge and a large table for 18 people. There is also a multi-use sports court where you can play tennis, football, basketball or ping-pong, making the property ideal for both families and active travellers.

When not enjoying meals at home, a number of restaurants are within walking distance - some less than 10 minutes away. Llafranc Beach and the beautiful local coves can also be explored on foot, with the coastline offering excellent swimming, kayaking, boat trips and scenic walking paths.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
