The interior patio, filled with light and decorated with strelitzias, adds a fresh and exotic touch. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, with Mediterranean gardens, a large terrace and a microcement pool surrounded by greenery. There is also a small fitness area where guests can enjoy workouts while listening to birds and cicadas.

From the accommodation, scenic walking paths lead to hidden coves such as El Golfet and Sant Roc, eventually reaching the heart of Calella. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
