This villa sits in a quiet, sunny setting in Javea, just 50 metres from the sea and with direct access to a beautiful shingle beach. Designed for up to 12 guests, the accommodation extends across multiple levels with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offering generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Large east-facing terraces, a private garden, and tranquil sea views create an inviting Mediterranean atmosphere throughout your stay.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private, angular swimming pool (10 x 5 metres, depth 80-210 cm) available year-round from January 1st to December 31st, complete with internal steps, an outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture and well-kept terraced gardens. There is also parking on the premises, though access is via a narrow motor entrance and a stepped path.

Inside, the accommodation stretches over several independent floors with comfortable, romantic furnishings. Air conditioning, floor heating, WiFi and satellite/digital TV are provided. A sauna adds an additional touch of luxury.

On the main floor, there is a bright living and dining room with satellite/digital TV opening to a terrace. The open kitchen includes four hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer and an electric coffee machine. One bedroom on this level features a 90 cm bed and a 150 cm French bed, with an en-suite bathroom including shower, bidet and toilet. This room has direct access to the terrace and pool area. A separate toilet is also available.

The lower ground floor is accessed by an exterior staircase. It offers another living and dining area with satellite/digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating, leading out to a patio. Sleeping arrangements on this floor include one bedroom with a 150 cm French bed and fan, plus a large open room with another 150 cm French bed and open lounge area. A fully equipped kitchen includes oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, freezer and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom, separate toilet and floor heating complete this level.

The upper floor, also accessed via an exterior staircase, provides a further living and dining area with satellite/digital TV leading to a terrace. Three bedrooms are located here: one with a 150 cm French bed, shower, toilet and fan; a second with a 150 cm French bed and access to the terrace and pergola; and a third with two 90 cm beds and a fan. There is also a room with three 90 cm beds, its own shower and toilet. An open kitchen offers four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer and electric coffee machine. This level includes an additional shower and toilet, along with floor heating.

Three large east-facing terraces with outdoor seating, a covered balcony, deck chairs and mosquito nets allow guests to relax while enjoying panoramic sea views. Amenities such as a washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided, and high-speed WiFi is included. A tennis court is located 2 km away for those looking to stay active.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
