This holiday home is a fully renovated luxury villa located in the heart of Javea, just a short walk from the famous Arenal Beach. Designed with style and comfort in mind, the accommodation offers 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and space for up to 28 guests. One bedroom is wheelchair-adapted, and several rooms are equipped to welcome children, making the villa suitable for multi-generational families and large groups.

The villa is divided into three independent units, providing privacy and comfort for groups travelling together, while still offering large shared spaces and outdoor areas.

UNIT 1 - Ground Floor
This unit includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 8 adults and up to 3 children. It is divided into two parts: one section inside the main villa and one separate casita outside. The main villa space offers a nautical-style kitchen, a spacious living room with sliding doors to the main outdoor plaza, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the back youth terrace. The separate casita includes a family room with a double bed, bunk beds and space for a baby cot, plus a large bedroom equipped for wheelchair users. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

UNIT 2 - Ground Floor
This unit offers a second nautical-themed kitchen in turquoise and sandy tones, a bright dining area and a large living room with sliding doors that open to the plaza. The fountain and tropical vegetation create a relaxing atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and each room can be arranged with single or double beds. Bedroom number 2 has access to the private patio, and in bedroom number 3, an additional single bed can be added on request.

UNIT 3 - First Floor
The upper-floor unit features a spacious terracotta-coloured kitchen designed to prepare meals for large groups, with access to the Naya Terrace. A comfortable living and dining room with a cosy fireplace completes this space. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have ensuite bathrooms, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have their own bathroom located across the hallway. All rooms can be arranged with single or double beds, and extra single beds can be added on request in bedrooms 3, 4 and 5. This unit sleeps up to 11 adults.

OUTDOORS
The accommodation offers multiple terraces, large social spaces and plenty of room to gather. A unique and exclusive feature is the villa's own private sandy beach inside the property grounds - a rare detail that makes the stay unforgettable. The outdoor areas include sun loungers, shaded seating, and garden zones ideal for relaxing, dining or playing with children.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
