This villa is an oceanfront retreat with one of the most privileged locations in the Los Gigantes, Guía de Isora area. Directly overlooking the Atlantic, it allows you to hear the sound of the waves, wake up to panoramic sea views and enjoy unforgettable sunsets with La Gomera on the horizon. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 guests and offers an intimate and relaxing setting far from mass tourism.

The exterior areas are the highlight of this holiday home. Guests have a private swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, sunbeds, a Balinese bed and a hanging swing - all positioned to face the sea. The outdoor dining area is perfect for long lunches and dinners with the ocean as a backdrop, and the south-west orientation ensures warm, sunny weather all year round.

Inside, the villa is comfortable and welcoming. There is a spacious living room with a TV and direct access to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features large windows with exceptional sea views. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
