This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests, including an en suite for the double bedroom. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by stylish wood decking and a spacious lawned garden, ideal for sunbathing, picnics, or family fun. The bright and airy open-plan living area features ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating throughout the villa ensure a comfortable stay.
Located just a few minutes' drive from Ciutadella, the villa provides easy access to shops, eateries, and beautiful beaches, including the nearby Cala Blanca. The interior is furnished to a high standard, with chic and comfortable furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This stylish property was the ideal place for our family getaway. The home is bright and airy, and we loved the outdoor space-especially the pool and garden. It’s very private, but close enough to Ciutadella for easy access to shops and restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable even during the heat of the day. Wonderful family villa with a fantastic pool
We had such a wonderful time at this charming accommodation. The home is spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely pool and garden. It’s located in a peaceful area, but close to Ciutadella and a variety of beaches. We spent many afternoons relaxing by the pool or having a BBQ on the terrace. The property is perfect for families and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location and excellent facilities
This elegant home offered the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The property is well-equipped, with plenty of space both inside and outside. The pool and garden area were fantastic, and we enjoyed spending time there every day. It's just a short drive to Ciutadella, which has great shops and restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a bonus during the hot weather. The team made the booking easy and were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Tranquil retreat with plenty of space!
We had a fantastic time at this charming accommodation! The home is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. The private pool was amazing, and the large garden provided plenty of space for our kids to play. We also loved the covered terrace where we could enjoy meals and relax in the shade. The location is ideal-close enough to Ciutadella for easy access to shops and restaurants, but far enough to enjoy complete privacy.
