Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our extended family (14 people total including a small child) stayed at this retreat in August. What a positive experience! From the villa, the facilities, location, nearby tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. There was so much attention in making our stay awesome in every way and we all loved it. Without doubt, we would all go back. Truth is, you felt like you were part of the family. We found the local tavernas charming, good quality and very affordable.

dream holiday!
The rental is relaxing and spacious for 14 people. The host was delightful and did everything possible to make our stay perfect including a guided tour to show us the local shops and tavernas - they even brought us a cake and some home-made wine to celebrate Easter Day. This is a lovely location for a relaxing family holiday, with good access to the main road.

Outstanding Holiday
A highly recommended villa with everything you need. Warm welcome and great service by Alba... really appreciated. Facility is awesome and in great condition, kitchen fully equipped and the whole property offers plenty of space and cosy spots everywhere. We - a group of 13- really enjoyed it, especially the pool. The pictures in all the collaterals are real. Good value for the money. Thanks for everything.

Excellent villa!
We rented this property for a week as for my holiday birthday celebration together with my family. Modern and well equipped. You will get amazing views! My friends have surprised me with a dinner prepared by the staff, Majorcan barbecue food which was better than the restaurant!. I highly recommend!!
