This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private heated pool with a terrace and lawn area, ideal for sunbathing or alfresco dining. The poolside pergola provides a shaded chill-out and dining space, while the brick BBQ is perfect for preparing traditional Spanish meals. WiFi, air conditioning/heating, and pool heating are included for a comfortable stay. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from Cala Galdana's beautiful sandy beach, with shops, restaurants, and local amenities close by.
The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating around a flat-screen TV and a dining table that opens directly onto the pool terrace. Steps from the dining area lead to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and patio doors to the exterior dining area.
The bedrooms are spread across multiple levels for privacy and comfort. The first floor features the double bedroom with dressing area, en suite shower room, and private terrace overlooking the resort. Two twin bedrooms are accessed via steps from the living area, while the fourth bedroom is on the lower level. Each bedroom has an en suite shower room, and there is also a WC by the villa entrance.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This stylish property exceeded our expectations! The pool area was fantastic, and the home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the chill-out area in the evenings. Stunning villa in Cala Galdana
This stylish property exceeded our expectations! The home is beautifully modern and spacious, with four en suite bedrooms providing plenty of privacy for our family. The pool area was fantastic, and we loved lounging on the terrace and dining under the shaded pergola. The beach is just a short walk away, which was perfect for us. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended!
