Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Really excellent huge pool and outdoor area with plenty of sun beds and seating, table tennis and a pool table. Immaculately clean. Huge indoor space which stayed very cool despite the hot weather. Great to have both beach and lots of bath towels provided. Short walks to both Cala Galdana beach and the town centre (supermarket with morning pastries less than 5 mins on foot) and to the beautiful Cala Mitjana, but the road that the villa is on is very quiet and peaceful, and very pretty.

Highly recommend, especially for families.
Great size. Great pool. Very private. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. Towel change mid-week was an unexpected bonus and team were very responsive and helpful after a storm caused a small problem with a few electrical items. We loved it; thank you!

Fabulous And Relaxing!!!
Wonderful property, location and hospitality! What more could you ask from a holiday. The villa was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, barbeque outside and a fabulous pool to relax in. The view while eating outside was fantastic and one that you never tired of.

Our escape from it all
We had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation, spending two weeks there and enjoying it fully. Very clean and tidy, and very quiet. We also loved the pool area with the terrace; we nearly didn't spend any time indoors, except when sleeping. I can easily recommend this property!!!

Just perfect vacation!
We were greeted at the villa and shown where everything was and told everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa is located within easy reach of a supermarket (15 mins walk) and amazing restaurant. There is also a lovely beach nearby. We loved our stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.
