To enhance your stay, many properties include complimentary amenities. These may include: Airport Transfer, Welcome Pack, Free WiFi, Air Conditioning, Cot & Highchair (available on request), Extra Bed (available on request), Heating Pool (available on request), Cleaning, Linen, and Towels. Availability can vary by property, so please check the listing details and your booking contract for what applies to your stay.
We work directly with property owners to provide competitive pricing and avoid unnecessary middlemen. If you find the exact same property advertised at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it and offer you a complimentary bottle of wine.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy provides refunds under specific conditions:
Change of plans? No worries. We provide flexibility for booking changes. Receive a voucher code equivalent to your booking value, valid for two weeks, making rebooking hassle-free.
Standard check-in is at 14:00 on your arrival date, and standard check-out is at 12:00 on your departure date. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request, subject to availability.

After your reservation, one of our property managers will contact you with the contract booking. This document contains the full details of your holiday booking and includes essential information about your upcoming stay.
To secure your reservation, payment is made via wire bank transfer following the payment instructions specified in your contract booking. This method is used to ensure security and transparency for your transaction.
When you make your payment, it is fully protected by our Holiday Protection system. This means that if an unexpected situation occurs during your booking or stay that requires a refund appeal, the system is designed to keep financial transactions secure, transparent, and reliable.
If a guest needs to request a refund, our Holiday Protection is in place as a safety net. It is intended to make your payment process as secure and trouble-free as possible, so you can focus on your upcoming holiday.

Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
Full Payment within 4 Weeks: Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 4 weeks of departure.
A damage security deposit is required. The amount may differ from one property to another. Please check the villa listing page in the Damage Deposit section for the specific amount.
Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card or wire bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The damage security deposit is standard practice and is collected together with the initial deposit of the rental cost to help guarantee the integrity of the property.
